That’s why a core component of our work stems from our Workers’ Rights Clinics. These clinics offer workers the opportunity for one-on-one legal consultations for all low-wage workers regardless of immigration status.

The purpose of our clinics is to provide accurate, useful and free information to low-wage workers about their legal rights and where to go if a violation of the law is identified. We hope that each worker we speak with leaves the clinic ready to stand up for their rights in the workplace.

Partnering with volunteer law students from UC Davis and McGeorge schools of law and volunteer attorneys, the clinics serve over a thousand workers each year.
