El Comisionado de Trabajo concedi\u00f3 al empleado m\u00e1s de $4000 d\u00f3lares en salarios perdidos, intereses y sanciones, pero a pesar de los esfuerzos del Centro para trabajar con el Coffee Garden para cobrar los fondos, el empleador se neg\u00f3 a pagar.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #f59659;\">Notificar a los clientes el robo de salarios en el Coffee Garden<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>A partir del 19 de Febrero de 2015, el Centro de Derechos Laborales organiz\u00f3 un volanteo informativo en el Coffee Garden de Franklin Blvd, notificando a los clientes de la violaci\u00f3n de las leyes laborales por parte del empleador y pidi\u00e9ndoles que solicitaran que el propietario pagara al ex empleado los salarios adeudados.<\/p>\n<p>Al principio, el propietario de Coffee Garden dijo que nunca pagar\u00eda al antiguo trabajador, pero menos de una hora despu\u00e9s nos ofreci\u00f3 un cheque de 100 d\u00f3lares con la esperanza de que dej\u00e1ramos de repartir folletos. Cuando volvimos al d\u00eda siguiente, aumentando nuestras horas de distribuci\u00f3n de folletos, el propietario nos llam\u00f3 para decirnos que estaba dispuesto a firmar un plan de pago formal para cumplir la sentencia del Comisionado de Trabajo.
