Aunque el tiempo ha pasado r\u00e1pido, se me hace\u00a0 dif\u00edcil recordar la vida antes del Centro de Derechos Laborales. Hemos construido una base s\u00f3lida para seguir proveyendo nuestros servicios a los trabajadores con bajos salarios la comunidad de Sacramento.<\/p>\n<p>Desde que empezamos a ofrecer nuestros servicios jur\u00eddicos en Septiembre, hemos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ayudamos a m\u00e1s de 135 trabajadores con asesoramiento sobre derechos laborales<\/li>\n<li>Ganamos casi $50,000 d\u00f3lares en salarios y sanciones a trav\u00e9s del comisionado laboral de California<\/li>\n<li>Obtuvimos prestaciones del seguro de desempleo para 3 trabajadores con salarios bajos. (En general, nuestro \u00e9xito en las audiencias administrativas -comisionado laboral y desempleo- sigue siendo del 100%)<\/li>\n<li>Ayudamos a presentar reclamaciones ante el comisionado de trabajo por un total de m\u00e1s de $200,000\u00a0 en salarios impagados y sanciones<\/li>\n<li>Tenemos 10 Cl\u00ednicas de Derechos Laborales en Davi<\/li>\n<li>Involucramos en nuestro trabajo a 19 abogados voluntarios y a 8 miembros voluntarios de la comunidad<\/li>\n<li>Comenzamos a planificar\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/events\/718909211551399\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">el 12 de Abril el D\u00eda de los Derechos Laborales de los Inmigrantes del Condado de Solano<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<li>Nos unimos a los defensores de los trabajadores con salarios bajos de California para asesorar al Departamento de Desarrollo del Empleo sobre c\u00f3mo hacer que las prestaciones por desempleo sean m\u00e1s accesibles para los trabajadores con salarios bajos<\/li>\n<li>Publicamos un cartel laboral que cumple con la mayor\u00eda de las leyes laborales federales y estatales<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Quiero dar las gracias a nuestra incre\u00edble Junta Directiva por ayudarme a lanzar el Centro con gusto y a nuestro Comit\u00e9 Asesor por proporcionarme su experiencia a lo largo del camino.<\/p>\n<p>Gracias por un a\u00f1o incre\u00edble.
