{"id":1748,"date":"2015-08-25T06:07:05","date_gmt":"2015-08-25T13:07:05","guid":{"rendered":"\/?p=1748"},"modified":"2023-08-28T16:16:16","modified_gmt":"2023-08-28T23:16:16","slug":"wood-cutter-awarded-overtime-wages","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rightscenter.org\/es\/news\/wood-cutter-awarded-overtime-wages\/","title":{"rendered":"CORTADOR DE MADERA PREMIADO POR HORAS EXTRAS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El 10 de Agosto de 2015, la Oficial de Audiencias Patricia Oviedo de la Oficina del Comisionado Laboral de Stockton concedi\u00f3 al cliente del Centro de Derechos Laborales casi $27,000 en salarios y multas como resultado de falta de pago de horas extras por parte del empleador.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El cliente del Centro describi\u00f3 unas condiciones de trabajo deplorables, en las que la administraci\u00f3n utilizaba t\u00e1cticas de miedo para mantener a los trabajadores obedientes.  Nuestro cliente acab\u00f3 cans\u00e1ndose de las condiciones y renunci\u00f3.  Durante todo su periodo de empleo, se le pag\u00f3 una cantidad fija por trabajo y no se le compens\u00f3 por las horas extraordinarias, a pesar de las largas horas. El empresario no llevaba registros de las horas trabajadas y pagaba un tercio del salario semanal en efectivo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Debido a la falta de pruebas por parte del empresario, el Comisionado Laboral concedi\u00f3 la totalidad de los salarios solicitados.
