Celebrado en San Francisco, el retiro de dos d\u00edas cont\u00f3 con un n\u00famero r\u00e9cord de asistentes que escucharon paneles sobre temas del tipo mejores pr\u00e1cticas para las relaciones entre abogados y centros de trabajo, soluciones para el acoso sexual, cuestiones probatorias en materia de salarios y horas, represalias basadas en la inmigraci\u00f3n y mucho m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cada a\u00f1o, el retiro de CLIWA sirve como principal reuni\u00f3n de organizaciones legales y centros de trabajadores especializados en la protecci\u00f3n de los trabajadores inmigrantes. A lo largo del a\u00f1o, CLIWA facilita el empoderamiento de los trabajadores y acaba con la explotaci\u00f3n en las industrias de bajos salarios. Bas\u00e1ndonos en este objetivo, facilitamos una relaci\u00f3n proactiva, eficaz y de empoderamiento entre las agencias reguladoras gubernamentales y los trabajadores de bajos salarios, con atenci\u00f3n especial a los trabajadores inmigrantes, y trabajamos en la reforma pol\u00edtica y administrativa para aumentar las protecciones de los trabajadores en el estado de California.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>CLIWA es dirigida por sus miembros.
