El proyecto de ley 686 del Senado eliminar\u00eda el C\u00f3digo Laboral de California que excluye de los servicios dom\u00e9sticos, ampliando as\u00ed las protecciones de salud y seguridad a los trabajadores del servicio dom\u00e9stico.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Departamento de Relaciones Industriales, la Divisi\u00f3n de Cumplimiento de las Normas Laborales y la Divisi\u00f3n de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, bajo ley existente tambi\u00e9n conocida como OSHA, exige que los empleadores cumplan determinadas normas en materia de salud y seguridad en el lugar de trabajo.
