Gonzales pidi\u00f3 tiempo fuera del trabajo en Mayo de 2020 por estar en alto riesgo de contraer el virus Covid-10 y porque su lugar de trabajo no estaba cubierto por los requisitos de seguridad, como el distanciamiento social, exigidos en el resto del estado..\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se determin\u00f3 que la Sra. Gonzales no ten\u00eda derecho a los beneficios del seguro de desempleo en plena pandemia, a pesar de haber contra\u00eddo el Covid una vez que regres\u00f3 al trabajo. El EDD determin\u00f3 que la Sra. Gonz\u00e1les no estaba \"capacitada y disponible para trabajar durante el punto m\u00e1s alto de la pandemia, dado su deseo de buscar un trabajo que no la expusiera al COVID\".
